What is a Vaporizer?
A vaporizer is a device engineered for use with your essential oils, blends or dry products. The vaporizer turns those products into vapor for easy consumption. This vaporization is achieved through Convection or Conduction, depending on the vaporizer.

What is the difference between Convection an Conduction?
A Convection vaporizer utilizes hot air that passes over the product blend you insert into it. A Conduction vaporizer puts your product in direct contact with the vape’s heating source.

How do I know which Vaporizer is best for me?
A desktop unit will be best for vaping in a stationary environment. If you want a vape that you can keep handy at home, a desktop vape, such as the Volcano Classic, is the best product for your needs. If you are searching for a vaporizer that will fit nicely in your pocket or purse and can be used on-the-go, you should search for a portable model that has the features you desire.

Does my vaporizer come with a warranty?
All vaporizers sold by Marijuana Connect come with a product warranty straight from the manufacturer. These warranties range from 6 months to lifetime in length.

What is a forced-air vaporizer?
This new invention in the world of vaping contain an internal fan that will propel the hot air, convection style process over your product. This type of vaping utilizes the intake into a bag or whip style attachment. Many forced-air units also have options in fan settings so the user can control the speed of the air flow.

What is whip-style?
A vaporizer with a whip is made up of three separate pieces. The wand, tubing and mouthpiece. The wand is the most critical component and generally made of glass. The mouthpiece is where you place your mouth to inhale the vapor. The tubing is generally around three feet in length and is most commonly made from silicone or vinyl.

Does Marijuana Connect have discreet billing and shipping?
Yes. To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The “Ship From” name will state “Better Life Products”. The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be “MDR Sales” and will not reference any particular product.

How much is shipping on products purchased from Marijuana Connect?
Shipping is always free on purchases over $75 dollars. For purchases totaling under $75 USD, items ship for a flat fee of $5 each. It can take 1 – 3 days to process your order but most orders can be shipped out on the same day. Marijuana Connect typically ships using USPS or UPS on orders that qualify for free shipping.

Does Marijuana Connect Ship Internationally?
Yes we do. Your shipping cost for international orders will be an additional $20.00 USD. It is the consumers responsibility to ensure that this purchase is legal in their country.

What is Marijuana Connect’s return policy?
Marijuana Connect accepts returns on all unopened and unused products for up to 30 days following your receipt of your order. You can simply ship it back to us for a full refund. However, it may come with up to a 15% restocking and free shipping fee. Customers must report broken or missing items within 72 hours after receiving their products.
