Marijuana Connect Joins the Green Rush [PR]

Marijuana Connect Joins the Green Rush [PR]

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, June 1, 2014 – Although Marijuana Connect is still weeks away from launch, we are still definitely on the back 9 coming into the first of June. With the build complete and the details in every little nook being combed over, and combed over again, it’s beginning to look a lot like this month will be the last that the industry has to live without the all-encompassing connection that Marijuana Connect will offer.

Marijuana Connect will be offering the most comprehensive gathering spot for everything from making personal connections through a classified ad system to locating your local dispensary, to Doctors directories to a top-notch marketplace; all that just scratches the edge of what they will have to offer. Marijuana Connect’s focus is to provide one central hub for everything one needs to support cannabis legislation through activism, or to keep up with any and all advancements the industry experiences including breaking news on policies that affect all involved.

I won’t even kid. Since beginning a career as a freelance journalist in 2001, I certainly have never been a part of a startup that has excited me as much as all of the possibilities that Marijuana Connect plans to offer the internet, the public and the cannabis industry itself. As I patiently wait from a blue state that will likely be last in line on medical marijuana, and certainly a far cry from recreational, I still can’t help but be very proud to be a part of an initiative that will help push those processes through by bringing the voices of cannabis to one central place from which to organize the same types of helpful efforts that have gotten us this far already.

Upon launch, Marijuana Connect will offer a wide variety of public services, vital industry directories, classified ads for networking personally and professionally, and a fully fleshed forum platform for everyone from those with industry interests to those who just want to sit back, relax and chat among other connoisseurs.
